A $1000.00 deposit is due upon booking your wedding date. There is another $2000.00 due 12 and 6 months before the wedding date. Final payment is due (5) days prior to your wedding date. Final payment needs to be made in the form of cashier check or cash.
Sorry, no personal checks are accepted for final payment. Deposits can be made in any form of payment.
Aria requires the final count due (10) days before your wedding date. The guarantee must at least equal our minimum requirements. Children ages 6 to 10 are half of the adult price, 5 and under are no charge. All vendor meals are half of the adult price.
Once the final count is received there can be no changes. Guarantee is not subject to reduction.
Aria shall supply and serve all food and alcohol.
No food or alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the premises nor allowed to leave the premises. Aria has a no shots policy. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to drink any alcoholic beverage.
On occasion, we have allowed outside ethnic caterers to utilize our facility provided they are licensed, insured and approved by Aria.
Aria reserves the right to control all private events. Be advised that if a wedding consultant is hired, the maitre'd of the event is in charge and all Aria policies remain in effect. Patron is responsible for the conduct of their guests and any damage done to the banquet facility.
